15 Minute Pizza Recipe || Dough Pizza Recipe

Pizza dough Recipe

Pizza Recipe

Hi Bold Bakers! I have got a magic pizza dough recipe foryou that you can make from scratch and have going in the oven within 15 minutes. How do we do this? It is a no yeast pizza dough. Also I put this recipe out on social mediaa few weeks ago and I challenged you bold bakers to see if you too could make it in15 minutes.

So I want you to stay tuned till the  absolutely incredible. As always this recipe can be found on BiggerBolderBaking.com. Ok let’s make this crazy dough. So into the bowl here I’m gonna add in myall purpose flour, salt and baking powder. And then just mix all these ingredients together. So I’m gonna move this over to the sideand in a separate jug here I have some water, and into this I’m gonna add a little bitof olive oil. This just gives your dough extra flavor.
Now take your wet and add it into your dryand hold back a little bit in case you don’t need it all. And then just go ahead and start to mix yourdough together. Now the reason we hold a little bit of doughback, I’ve said this before in baking bread recipes and dough recipes, is that you mightnot need all your liquid. So we’re just gonna mix it. I can see now that it’s a bit dry so I’mgonna add in the rest of my liquid. Ok good this is coming together.

Now I’m almost there but I can see thatthese bits are a little bit dry, so what I’m gonna do is add a splash. Literally just a splash of water just to hydratethat flour and get your dough to form a ball. Then I’m gonna go in with my hands and thenjust pull it all together. Perfect. You’ll know when you’re doing this ifyou need a little bit more a little bit less. Now how do we know that we’ve done a goodjob on Bigger Bolder Baking? We’ve got a ball of dough and a clean bowl. Perfect. This is what we’re going for. So there you go how long did that take Zach? 5 minutes.

5 minutes good so we’ve got ten minutesleft. The beauty of this dough is that you don’thave to let it rise because it doesn’t have any yeast so you can use this straight away. I’m just gonna dust my counter with someflour, place on my dough, and then with a rolling pin, you can also do this by hand, just roll yourself out a nice big pizza. Try and get it in a round circle I know itdoesn’t always come out that way, mine doesn’t always end up in a nice round circle. There you go.

Now I’m gonna make one big pizza out ofthis it’s gonna make around a 12” pizza to feed a whole family, or Gemma and Kevin, however you can split the dough into two or four and make small little mini individualpizzas. And if you don’t want to bake the doughoff straight away pop the dough into a bag and then you can cook it off whenever.

Gorgeous, you don’t make this as thin asI normally would yeasted dough, because it doesn’t rise as much so you want it to bea little thicker, so you want to leave it a little thicker so I’d say 12” is kindof your max. Then just go around the edges and form a crust. Just give it a little helping hand with yourfingers. So this is the size that I wanted I’m justgoing to go slide it onto my pizza tray. You’ll notice when working with this doughthat it’s really easy to handle and move around. And then just push it around, this is a 12”tray, I’m making a big pizza.
So then just go around the corners maybe fixyour crust in case it flopped over a little, like mine did. Ok we’re doing good I’ve still got a fewminutes, let’s get on our pizza toppings. So I’m a simple gal when it comes to pizzaI don’t like anything too complicated, so I’m going to go with pepperoni. So here I have my pizza sauce, now this ison the website it’s a five minute pizza sauce, so pretty much you’re going to havethis pizza done in under thirty minutes, all you do is just blend all the ingredients together. Then we’re gonna go generously with somemozzarella, all the way around,

It’s a little bit scary how much cheese you put on a pizza. Scary and delicious. Place my pepperonis on top. Make sure everyone gets one per bite. And then a little bit of oregano from my garden. Ok there you go. Under 15 minutes, homemade pizza, from scratch, now he’s going into the oven. So pizza likes a nice hot oven so bake at400° F or 200° C for roughly maybe 15-17 minutes or so. Until it gets lovely golden brown. So while our pizza is in the oven let’ssee how you guys did with our bold baking pizza challenge. Hi I’m Alex I’m 12 and this is my 15 yearold sister Emma, we just did the Bigger Bolder Baking pizza challenge where we had to makea pizza in 15 minutes or less

. This is what we made we made it in 11 minutesand 53 seconds, we used gluten free flour and vegan cheese. That’s awesome. You guys killed it with the 15 minute pizzaI’m definitely gonna have to do another challenge. Now lets go check on our pizza. So here it is, our fantastic looking pizzait is beautiful.

So it’s lovely bubbly around the top, ourcheese is lovely golden our pepperonis are cooked, smells like heaven. This is one impressive pizza that we did inless than half an hour that’s pretty crazy. Ok while it’s still warm I’m gonna cutmyself a slice. So as you can see this crust is a little bitthicker because that’s how I rolled it, if you want it a little bit thinner feel freeto roll it out more. For right now I’m gonna take a nice bigbite.

Oh man, oh my gosh. This crust is delicious, it’s a little bitthicker, not very yeasty but still an awesome pizza crust. And of course cheese, pepperonis and tomatosauce on top that’s gonna make anything taste good. Delicious. Thank you to everyone who took our bold bakingchallenge keep an eye out on my social media because I will be posting another one. Thank you so much for watching and I’llsee you back here real soon for more bigger bolder baking.
